Policies for SASA Voice/Keyboard

General Policies
* Doors open at 5:00. With your digital ticket purchase, you may skip the ticket purchase line and go directly to the auditorium entrance. Please have your phone ready with your digital ticket(s) on screen to show the ushers.

* Food and drink is not allowed in the Performing Arts Center.

* If you need to exit the Performing Arts Center during the performance, please wait to do so during an applause as to now distract the performers on stage.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (SASA Voice/Keyboard). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
